Maidenhead Post Natal Help Group provides support for new mothers who are finding motherhood stressful and for whom this has led to post natal depression.
The group has been helping women in this area for 25 years.
Our aim is for them to meet other mothers who are in a similar situation, in a safe and confidential environment.
A crèche is provided close by in the same building, which gives mothers the chance to discuss their feelings without interruption.
The group meets on Monday mornings apart from bank holidays.
